We sincerely strive to deliver bespoke building designs with no two being the same. Our approach to design although appears simple and minimalistic, involves a complexity of lines. We believe that if a building can feel like it naturally ‘belongs’, or fits logically in a place, to an environment, then the people that inhabit the building will likely feel a sense of belonging there as well. We are constantly searching for a design language of our own.
No. We don’t practice traditional architecture in the name of Kerala style, but we do believe in traditional principles that essentially deal with space, light, ventilation and other elements. We believe that the principles that governed the traditional architecture style have changed over the years, mainly the climate, condition of the land, construction materials and techniques and even the lifestyle of the people.
We can guide you to our under construction projects and regarding our finished projects, we can guide you with the photographs or videos we have. We prefer to respect our client’s privacy.

Kindly bring a copy of the village sketch, land document, detailed brief/requirements for the project and few photographs of sites if possible.
After our first discussion for the project we would fix a comfortable day to visit the site.
Yes. The amount depends on the project. Kindly refer the schedule of payment and service for details. If you don’t have it, do contact us for the same.
We would start the design process after the site visit and it will depend on our other work schedule too.
After our site visit and with the detailed requirement brief from client we try to evolve the core concept by liking the requirements and our design principles. Once the basic layout is ready, we will have a meeting to discuss the same to finalize the design. We would further strengthen the design based on the discussion and will carry on with the detailed drawings for approval and construction upon clients final confirmation.
No. After our initial discussion we work on several possibilities and ultimately show the best out of it. We believe that if the clients have helped us understand them completely, we would be presenting the best design for their project.
We believe that vastu is a set of scientific principles based on the environment. We do follow by giving utmost importance to light and ventilation in our designs, but we don’t believe in the commercial level of injecting the fear factor with some numbers.
No, but we will guide you to select the right specification and contractor for the construction.
We do not offer day to day supervision. But, we will be having timely visits at various stages of the projects.
